Review by john j. lyons: I always counted on AOL for its reliability but now longer because it has become complacent and pushes products that I do not wish to pay for. This particularly frustrating when I want my Intenet foot pints cleared which it never does. It was my understanding that my privacy was a key factor in choosing Aol in the first place.
